Although the doors were closed in 2005, the spirit of the Polar Bear was revived by Hemsley Ventures, founded by Sawyer Hemsley. He purchased the rights and rebuilt the cherished diner. With a commitment of honoring our roots, we’ve blended the classic charm of the original Polar Bear with modern day touches.
